I had a friend share this with me, and it's so similar to my experience, I had to pass it on. Enjoy, and remember: listen to your designer. They know what they're talking about.... hence the title 'Web Designer' (or Graphic Designer, or Floral Designer, etc...). After all, if you're going to hire someone to do a job, let them do it. Otherwise, you're just wasting your (and their) time.
